"Thursday night was my first cycling experience and although I don't have a point of reference can only imagine that I am ruined from cycling anywhere but with you. The planitarium experience was unbelievable...but together with the music and your peaceful positive energy put the experience over the top. Having not been arobic in over a year I was convinced I'd last 10 minutes...tops! but you made it possible to do the whole class and enjoy every moment of it. Looking forward to the next class.
